Democrats Respond to Greer’s Delusional Attacks on House Democratic Leader Franklin Sands

Tallahassee, FL - Florida Democratic Party spokesman Eric Jotkoff responded to RPOF Chairman Jim Greer’s delusional attacks on House Democratic Leader Franklin Sands:

 

“Jim, wake up and smell the coffee. The only leadership coming from Republicans in Florida or nationally is coming straight from Rush Limbaugh’s house in Palm Beach. Your party is imploding. Everyone – Democrat and Republican alike – agreed that Charlie Crist phoned in his State of the State address and his legislative agenda is straight out of the fantasy land that Crist is living in. Even Republicans are saying that Crist, with his tone-deaf optimism and out-of-touch ways, is leading Florida off a cliff.

 

“Republican failed economic polices have left Florida in the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. Republican corruption is festering across our state. Republican fiscal mismanagement has left Florida with the worst fiscal crisis in the state's history. While it is clear that you are only following Rush’s lead, before you start throwing hyper-partisan stones, maybe you should look in the mirror.”
